Ok, the weather has been absolutely stunning over the last couple of days, with bright sunshine and temperatures just below freezing point. Time to shed the excuses, re-locate those running shoes and… get going again.
First impressions: Much more fun than any indoor-activity. Not only body-related fitness, but also a lot of mental benefits. But it took a while to convince my body that he has been doing that before. Not so long ago, actually.
And I thought it was time again for an abstract shot. Some photoshopping, of course. Hope I didn’t overcook the picture.

Looks great to me!
Fine abstract, not overdone in my eyes. I don’t know if you read Ted Leeming’s article on Luminous Landscape – great in my eyes – but for inspiration on abstracts you should definitely have a look at his website http://www.leemingpaterson.com
Thanks, Markus, that’s a gorgeous site!
Not overcooked at all, I find it very suggestive. I like it a lot.
Regarding the running part, usually the body adapts pretty quickly to something it has been used to do. I’m in a start-up phase myself, after having recovered from an injury that I got last summer. I have never rested for as long time as this, and really feel like I’m in a terrible shape for the moment. I have got a back back too, as sugar on the top… I hope you’ll do much better.

Ove, but you seem to have been much more into running than I was. If I remember one of your previous posts correctly, you were running distances that I find much more suitable for a bike…
That was years ago, when I was doing marathons. The late years, I’ve been focusing on 800m, and also competed over 400 and 1500 metres. Quite different.
