Although photography obviously has a large technical aspect (aren’t we all gearheads in a way?), for me it’s the more artistic, playful side that makes it a great balance to my working life. And it’s always a great excuse to first stroll around outside and then put up a nice fight with your machinery… 
When surfing the net, there are always myriads of just plain gorgeous photos, from which one can cherry-pick, get inspiration or simple adore. Hence I might post a pointer or two to other peoples work. I usually focus to a large extent on landscapes and nature shots as well as abstracts – although I’m open to almost every other genre. Mh… well, maybe except so-called ”party-photography”…
I tried to keep the structure and layout of the site as simple and clean as possible. This is also why I outsourced my galleries to SmugMug and RedBubble. Did it work out? You be the judge…
